Britney's Handling Hospitalization Better This Time

Britney Spears, most recent trip to the hospital went smoothly this time and we're hearing that she even has a sense of humor about the situation. She was even willing to go receive medical care and was "more comfortable" with everything.

"She'll be in there for at least 72 hours getting evaluated. She might even stay longer," says the source. "She's more comfortable this time, she came into the waiting area, had a cigarette, made a joke about being there again. But who knows what will happen. All we can hope for is that she gets better."

"Something like this has been in the works since the [last trip to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center]. She has been seeing her psychiatrist every day," the source says. "No one thought this would happen this soon, but it was clear if she stayed up for more than three days she'd have to get sent, since that could cause real damage. The last time she slept was Saturday."

Rihanna just got sexier by sporting the milk mustache for the Got Milk Ad Campaign. We didn't think that she could get any hotter but Rihanna has proved us wrong.

Just in case you can't read the small print on the picture, this is what it says...

Drink it in. Pop star? Not exactly. Milk is more my move. Some studies suggest that teens who choose milk instead of sugary drinks tend to be leaner and the protein helps build muscle. So shut up and drink.

Britney Spears Hospitalized Once Again!!!

Britney Spears was hospitalized early this morning for a 72 hour hold called a 5150. Deja Vu, Ya'll!!! Brit was taken from her home and was transported by ambulance to UCLA Medical Center.

An LAPD source tells PEOPLE: "Spears was escorted by police and is on her way to get help."

What brought on the hospitalization? "She was driving around her neighborhood like a mad-woman," says a Spears family source. "Britney has been prescribed medication which she refuses to take. This is just another sad, sad evening."

Earlier in the evening, Internet rumors claimed that the singer had attempted suicide, but Lutfi and Sims both denied those claims to PEOPLE.

David Beckham - Just Look At Him!!!

David Beckham took his shirt off and we don't know what he's endorsing and we don't really care at this point. We're just soooo glad to see his chest on the beach, on the soccer field, even at the grocery store - anytime he can strip down we're OK with it!!!

You notice the Beckhams' love to get naked at the drop of a hat? I mean, I'm not complaining or anything, just sayin....Keep it up!!!

Britney Spears....Tic Toc

Britney Spears had another bi-polar episode and its clear that she's running out of time. PageSix has video of Britney's sleepless night last night (cut her off from Red Bull) and honestly it was disturbing to watch. I'm terrified for this girl.

You can tell Sam Lufti has had it with her by the obvious eye-roll about halfway through the video. Ya know, I honestly told myself that Britney's English accent was just a playful thing she was doing but after seeing this, it's obvious just how disturbed she really is. For the video click here.

Gwen Stefani Newly Pregnant Hides It

Gwen Stefani is expecting her second child and we couldn't be more excited to see her little baby bump. But, Gwen wasn't havin' it as she arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport covering her belly. I respect that - bummed about it but I get it!

I have to say that if I looked as good as Gwen pregnant I would have been lifting that dress up over my head, while striking vogue-like poses so the whole free world could see how hot of a MaMa I am!!! That's right - nothing more beautiful than a woman expecting. Especially if you're Gwen Stefani.

Paris Hilton has been out promoting her new film, 'Hottie or Nottie' and it seems that she's really stepped up her game a bit. I mean, we already know she loves the camera but what I'm noticing is that she looks more glamorous than trashy lately. Britney Just Admit Yourself

Britney Spears had another public meltdown and yeah....it's time for her to bite the bullet and admit herself to that "special" place for people like her. I'm not being mean I just think that we're over it right now and she clearly proved last night how she's unable to cope!!!

I actually watched some of her 'crazy-house' actions on x17 and its being rumored that she had a fight with Sam Lufti, got out of the car, sat outside her home where she began to cry in front of the paparazzi stating, "I'm fine. I'm . . . having a nice time with my dog." Adnan was summoned later by Britney but was blocked by the bodyguards at Lufti's request.

Police cars pulled up to the house soon afterward, apparently responding to a call from Spears's security team. "Spears drove through the gates and paparazzi followed her car on foot," said LAPD Officer Mike Lopez. "By the time officers arrived, the paps were off the property, but officers handed out citations for those who were illegally parked."

Way too much drama - even for Britney!

Kathy Griffin Banned By Barbara Walters

Kathy Griffin being banned from any TV show is not big news, however, getting banned from 'The View' by Barbara Walters where she's frequently filled in at the hot topics table and been a special guest is just plain gossip heaven - to her and to us!!!

Kathy breaks it down for us like this,

"I was supposed to be on 'The View' [today]," said Griffin, who performs her final sold-out stand-up show tonight at Madison Square Garden. "But then I get a call from [producer] Bill Geddie and he says, 'You were too mean to Barbara [Walters] on your last special, so you can't come on.' Can you believe it? I've been banned before, but never re-banned!"

It's not like we didn't see this coming, I mean come on. We're just shocked that Barbara let her set foot on that show after her FiRsT special!!!

Britney Spears Life In 'Blender'

Britney Spears inner circle must be really concerned for her or they're just trying to ride out their 15 minutes but at any rate they all seem to have an opinion about what's happened to the pop tart and are sharing them with February's issue of 'Blender' magazine.

According to those closest to Britney, it was her 2002 breakup with Justin Timberlake that precipitated her personal collapse. “Ever since then, she’s been mad at the world,” a friend says. But others place the blame on Britney’s parents, Jamie and Lynn, for not teaching the singer the skills necessary to lead her own life.

Like most child stars Britney never learned the most basic skills, including how to balance her checkbook, according to one of her former managers. “She was the bread winner in her family. And when you know everyone’s living off you, you learn not to trust,” the former manager adds.

Pinpointing the moment when her image suffered its biggest blow is an easy task for anyone who has cable: Chaotic. According to one of her advisors at the time, the reality series that chronicled Britney's life on tour and the start of her relationship with Kevin Federline "destroyed the image that we had worked so hard to carefully create. She thought that if she showed the world everything, everyone would love her for it. What it did instead was make her look like white trash.”

Barbara Walters on The View shared during the show that Sam Lufti contacted her and said that Britney is receiving help.

“He said that she has been to a psychiatrist and ... I assume she is starting some kind of treatment. She has been having mood swings. She has been having some kind of trouble sleeping.”

Paris Hilton Out Partying...Again!!!

Paris Hilton has lived up to her word (after her jail stay) of not partying anymore. As you can see she proved us all wrong by going out last night to some SAG after party and then hit up a gay club with reality star Brittny Gastineau-'personality'.

Just because you stay out all night and you shake a tail feather at a few 5 or 6 clubs during one evening, doesn't actually mean you're partying. It could be that Paris may just have insomnia and just needs to dance it out until she gets tired. She can stay out all night if she wants to - I mean really, what does she have to get up in the morning for?

SAG Awards: Hit and Miss Looks

SAG Awards was special this year just because of the writers strike and missing the red carpet fashions during the Golden Globes' so this made SAG's more exciting than normal - for me anyways. I have chosen male and female favorites for the evening and one "miss" look that hit the red carpet last night.

For male favorite has to go to Zac Efron. I wanted to give it to Brad Pitt but honestly his new hair color threw me off. Zac's makeup looked freshly natural and his flat iron must have been smokin' hot because our Zac looked stunning from head to toe.

My female "hit" for the night goes to Eva Longoria because the dress fit her tiny frame perfectly and the scooped back made her look sexy-chic. Eva's hair was the icing on the cake - I liked Christina Applegate's dress and she almost made it on my hit list, but her hair looked like a hot mess. Click here.

Huge "miss" for me has to go to Jane Krakowski. Two things come to mind - the Flinstones and a Hawaiian vacationer. Don't ask me why but she just looks so wrong - from the hair to the ugly shade of green against her pasty skin. Someone lied to that girl.

Brad and Angelina's Pregnant Boobies At SAG

Brad and Angelina attended the SAG awards last night and even walked the red carpet. The first thing noticeable were her very visible pregnant boobies. Just look at them - ready to give birth.

I'm not trying to be crude but lets be honest, Angelina didn't really have much up there so now that she's carrying for two we're gonna see a fuller side of her. And that's OK, we needed to see a thicker Angelina - she was way too thin.

Brangelina looked like they had a great time during the SAG awards because they kept snuggling and whispering to each other. Their banter probably went something like this, "Brad, quick put your face over close to mine - the camera's on us. Not too close, just enough to look like we're still very happy. That's a good boy. Now I won't have to whip you when we get home."

SAG Awards is on tonight and even as I write this my TV is on E!'s red carpet coverage. We'll be bringing you some of the hottest looks from there but first let's go over some of the nominees.

Into the Wild is up for the most SAG nominations for;

Outstanding Ensemble in a Film, Outstanding Lead Actor for Emile Hirsch, Outstanding Supporting Actor for Catherine Keener and Outstanding Supporting Actor for Hal Holbrook.

The Office is up for; Outstanding Ensemble in a Comedy Series and Steve Carrell for; Outstanding Actor. Oh God they better win something because they deserve it!!! I am going through 'Office' withdrawals so seeing them take this award would help ease the pain.

Hugh Lauries' third consecutive nod for; Outstanding Lead Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series. Being grumpy and rude really pays off!!!

The Sopranos (even though we were majorly pissed at the finale) is up for;

Outstanding Ensemble for a Drama Series and Outstanding Actor shout-outs for series stars James Gandolfini and Edie Falco.

Christina Applegate (I LoVe her!!!) for;

Outstanding Lead Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy for her role as the amnesiac Samantha.

Heath Ledgers' Private Memorial In L.A.

Heath Ledgers' remains were flown out to Los Angeles for an intimate memorial service Saturday night. Immediate family and close friends gathered together for the ceremony.

The 30-minute service was held at Westwood Village Memorial Park.

People reports continue: “Around 8 p.m. that evening, a small gathering of black-dressed mourners, including Watts, was seen in the lobby of the Beverly Hills Hotel for a private event. Ledger’s rep had said that no public memorial was planned for Los Angeles.”

From Los Angeles Heaths' body will be flown to Australia where he will be laid to rest in his hometown of Perth

Christian Brando Has Died

Christian Brando (legendary actor Marlon Brando's oldest son) died this morning at 1:47 this morning at the Hollywood Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was 49 years old.

On Monday, Christian's attorney Benjamin Brin announced that the actor was hospitalized with pneumonia. "The prognosis is for a complete recovery," Brin said, "He's going to be OK.

"

Christian has an interesting past in that he plead guilty to manslaughter for killing his sisters boyfriend, Dag Drollett. Whoa!!!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Expecting Twins

Heath Ledger's On His Way Home

Heath Ledgers' body is now making its way home to Western Australia. I know it's been said so many times but, this is so incredibly sad.

Taken from the undertakers in a light wood shipping crate, Heath's body, which sources tell PageSix.com was dressed in a black suit, was then loaded into a hearse. Heath's family was not seen at the funeral home.

There will be a memorial service in L.A. and then he will be buried in his hometown of Perth after. We will keep you posted so check back.

Heath Ledgers' family are suffering such a huge loss and we can't even imagine how they're managing. Heaths' family are speaking out and sending messages to him.

A Message From His Mother

Our darling boy, special in so many ways to all of us. You knew you were so loved. You lived life with courage and daring and we are so grateful for the wonderful times we shared. We will be there for Matilda.

His older sister Kate, who called her brother by the pet name "Roast," wrote:

I can hardly breathe when I try to write this. We were the ultimate in soul mates. I feel both my heart and life have been torn apart. I loved our special talks, our daily chats from where ever you were in the world.

Disney's 'Year Of A Million Dreams' With Celebs (Pics)

Disney's celebrating a 'Year of a Million Dreams' and have recruited a few celebrities to pose as some of their iconic characters. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Whoopi Goldberg, Jessica Biel, Gisele Bundchen, Mikhail Barishnykov and Tina Fey all take on some of our favorite Disney characters.

My favorite one out of this bunch has to be Marc Anthony (Zzzzzz) and Jennifer Lopez - "A Whole New World" (I'm singing it). Jessica Biel is Pocahontas - beautiful! Gisele and Mikhail take on Wendy and Peter Pan. Whoopi Goldberg is the genie from Aladdin - not sure about this one. And then we have Tina Fey as Tinkerbell - evidently an intelligent fairy.

Amy Winehouse Checks Into Rehab

Amy Winehouse checks into rehab and we couldn't be happier. This is no joke - her record label announced it today (Thursday).

"Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors," said the statement from Universal Music Group. "She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards. She is nominated in an incredible six categories."

We hope that she doesn't pull a Britney and check out early. We LoVe Amy and we're cheering for her during this very mature yet difficult step.
