Denise Richards is best known for the sexy image she portrayed in various motion pictures like ‘Wild Things’ and ‘The World is Not Enough’. Some of the other movies she’s done are ‘Scary Movie 3’, ‘Valentine’, and ‘Undercover Brother’. Before her debut in movies, Denise Richards was a fashion model, where she was moderately successful. Her foray into acting started with a few television shows that were low budget, such as ‘Saved by the Bell’, and ‘Married with Children’.
Denise Richards’ nude photo in the Playboy magazine in December 2004 created quite a furor, as did her semi-nude pics in the July issue of the Jane Magazine. However, the latter was for the purpose of raising funds for the ‘Clothes Off our Backs’ Foundation. It is little wonder, therefore, that she came to be counted among the top sexiest women in America. Recently, she appeared topless on a new reality television show – ‘Denise Richards: It’s Complicated’ – causing quite a few eyebrows to disappear into the hairlines.
Denise Richards was married to actor Charlie Sheen. However, this marriage ended in divorce which was far from being amicable. There were several innuendos and accusations thrown back and forth by both in various press interviews. Denise Richards had to get a restraining order from court stating that she feared for the safety of her and her children’s life. She received alimony for two years, and it was quite a generous amount too – $60,000 a month. She also gets over $50,000 a month, tax free for child care.
